Type of Delivery

Framework Precut

Pre-cut has become a generic product in the modern construction of 2-3 storey living houses over the last 20-30 years. By combining structural analysis, BIM and robotic pre-cutting, construction materials can now be tailored to fit larger residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

If you want a more comprehensive delivery at the building site, then why not order framework panels instead?

Framework Panel

Often manufactured to speed up the construction process at the building site, framework panels are particularly favourable for managing the moisture problem during the construction. Framework panels are suitable for apartments with typically 4 storeys,  where the strategy is to avoid water penetrating into the building.

Framework panels can be designed to match any layer composition as per your requirement. One may use the Prefab Lab tool to specify the layers of the various building parts of the framework. These panels may be manufactured by several manufacturers located in your region.

Facade Panel

Facade panels are used in all kinds of residential and public buildings. Designed to fit your project using BIM, these panels are made to fit well with other construction components. Façade panels ensure quick closure and protection of buildings for moisture during the construction process. These are a perfect fit for urban areas where the site is more crowded and space requirements are limited.

Also known as external wall panels, these framework panels are normally supported by a foundation at the bottom of the building, or as fill-in panels supported by a slab at each floor.

Modular Structure

Prefabrication of modules is a construction method in which a building is assembled separately in a factory from ready-to-assemble panels.

Windows, HVAC and electrical equipment and fittings are all installed, and modules are to a high degree completed at the factory. The modules are thereafter transported to the construction site and immediately installed using the construction site crane. This is today the fastest form of assembly during the construction phase.

A module usually consists of a load-bearing frame and surfaces like external or internal walls, floors and a roof. Modules can alternatively be assembled by the use of CLT panels. The elements are completely manufactured in factory conditions, protected from the weather. Panels of the various building parts are assembled and joined together to form a complete module with integrated lifting capabilities in its joined structure.

CLT Panel

AEC Prefab collaborates with CLT and framework manufacturers of  panels, and offers optimal design or prefab solutions delivered to construction site. Logistics is prepared in accordance to the project plan.

Applications for CLT panels include floors, walls and roofing. The panels’ ability to resist high racking and compressive forces makes them especially cost-effective for multi-story and long-span diaphragm functions.

AEC Prefab prepares engineered solutions for any building which may include CLT panels as part of the total construction project. In this way, you as a customer can design solutions applying optimal prefab panel types selected for individual parts of the building.

Kerto-Ripa Panel

Made from Finnish Kerto LVL using structural gluing, Metsa Wood Kerto-Ripa floor elements are designed in accordance with the size of the building. Due to the element’s long spans, buildings require fewer load-bearing columns, beams and structural connections. The elements are light, and thus reduce the load on foundations. They are stronger and stiffer than rectangular beams of equal height.

Using Kerto-Ripa Floor Panels engineered by AEC Prefab has many benefits:
